Introducing the updated CFB800-24S56 model, a 2:1 input DC-DC converter that delivers 800W of regulated output power. This compact unit, with industry-standard full brick dimensions, represents Cincon’s highest power density standard DC-DC converter in this size category. The series meets IEC/UL 62368-1 and features 1500 VDC isolation between input and output.

With input ranges of 18-36 VDC and single output options of 28 and 56 VDC (newly added), the CFB800 series offers added benefits such as a trim function with a range of -40% to +10% and a remote on/off feature.

Parallel operation is supported, with up to 10 units recommended. For configurations exceeding 10 units, please contact Cincon for technical support.

Exceptional Performance:

The CFB800 offers impressive high efficiency of up to 90% and operates reliably across a broad case temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.

Full Protections:

The CFB800 series is protected by input UVLO, output over-current/voltage protection, over-temperature and continuous short circuit protection. It meets the safety standards such as IEC/UL 62368-1, and MIL-STD-810F for shock and vibration, ensuring exceptional reliability.

Applications:

This series is ideal for industrial and ITE applications, including base stations, radio systems, motor drives, auxiliary power systems, battery management, charging infrastructure, and renewable energy systems. Additionally, it is well-suited for PoE applications like wireless access points, network devices, IoT devices, and digital signage, providing reliable power and data transmission across various industrial and networking environments.
