Cincon Releases CFM500S-PM Models, New 500W AC-DC Power Supply with PMBus Feature

Introducing the new CFM500S-PM models, the first in Cincon's product portfolio to incorporate PMBus, an open-standard power management bus based on the I²C protocol, designed for precise power management.

These fanless AC-DC power supplies deliver 500W of regulated output power in a compact 5” x 3” (127mm x 76.2mm) form factor, with a baseplate cooling design. The CFM500S-PM is an extended and optional version of the CFM500S, now enhanced with this advanced PMBus capability.

Exceptional Performance:

The CFM500S-PM models, part of the CFM500S series, offer up to 94.5% efficiency and reliable operation from -40°C to +85°C. With a power density of 21.64W/Inch³, they deliver 390W under fanless convection and up to 500W with conduction cooling. These models are also ideal for high-altitude applications, operating at up to 5000 meters.

This models also feature robust protections, including Over Temperature, Over Voltage, Over Current, and Continuous Short Circuit Protection, ensuring system reliability. Certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 and compliant with EN 55032 and CISPR/FCC Class B standards, it guarantees safe and secure operation.
