Cincon introduces the new series CHB150W8 with industry standard half-brick dimension 2.28" × 2.4" x 0.5" inches and CHB150W8 series provide up to 150W of output power @ single output voltages of 5, 12, 15, 24, 28, 48VDC. It has a ultra wide ( 8:1) input voltage range of 9 to 75VDC (36Vdc nominal) and 1500VDC isolation.

The CHB150W8 series have a very high efficiency up to 92.5% and allows case operating temperature range of –40°C to 100°C and an optional heat sink is available to extend the full power range of the unit. The modules are fully protected against input UVLO (under voltage lock out), output over-current, output over-voltage and over-temperature and continuous short circuit conditions. Furthermore, the standard control functions include remote on/off (positive or negative) and 10% adjustable output voltage.

All models are very suitable for railway, distributed power architectures, telecommunications, battery operated equipment and industrial applications.
