New CBM300S Series: 300W Fanless AC-DC Power Supply with Ultra-Compact 19.7mm Design for Space-Constrained Industrial Applications

Our newly released CBM300S series is an AC-DC brick-type fanless power supply capable of delivering 300W rated power with a peak power capability of 360W. This compact unit features a brick package measuring 106.7 × 85.0 mm (4.2 × 3.35 inches) with an ultra-slim profile of only 19.7 mm (0.78 inch). The series comes with essential safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition.

The CBM300S operates with an input range of 90 to 264 VAC and also accepts DC input ranging from 120 to 370 VDC. Seven output voltage options are available: 12, 15, 24, 28, 36, 48, and 54 VDC, all classified as Class I. Additionally, it features a built-in EMI solution compliant with EN 55032 Class B, providing a comprehensive all-in-one power solution for system engineers.

Exceptional Performance:

One of the CBM300S"s most notable features is its exceptionally low leakage current of 0.75mA maximum. It also delivers outstanding efficiency of up to 94% and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. This power supply can function at altitudes up to 5,000m and maintains low no-load input power consumption of less than 0.5W. Furthermore, the MTBF is rated at 240,000 hours.

Full Protections:

The CBM300S series has received safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition and is EMC compliant with EN 55032 Class B and CISPR/FCC Class B standards. The series offers comprehensive protection features, including output overcurrent protection, output overvoltage protection, over-temperature protection, and continuous short-circuit protection.

This AC-DC power supply is ideal for various industrial/ITE applications, including automation equipment, test and measurement instruments, commercial equipment, telecom and network devices, and other industrial applications.
