Key specs:

      The CFM400S series is our new AC-DC open frame baseplate-cooled power supply that provides 400W of regulated power in the size of 3 x 5 inches (76.2 x 127.0 mm). It has safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition and meets IEC/EN 60335-1 for household appliances.

 

      It is available in 6 outputs of 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, and 54 VDC, and available in class I. In addition, this series serves with two packages which are wafer and cover type and offers additional functions such as PS On/Off Remote Control, Power Good & Power Fail Signal, 5V Stand-by, and 12V Fan Output.

 

Exceptional Performance:

      The power supply offers a low leakage current of 0.1mA max., an outstanding high efficiency up to 94%, and a very wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, which covers most of the harsh environments. Also, the CFM400S series could operate at 370W under the natural convection and at 400W under the conduction convection. This power supply can be used at a high altitude up to 5000m max. and features a low no load input power consumption less than 0.5W. Moreover, the MTBF would be 300k hours.

 

Full Protections:

      Safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition, and the design meets IEC/EN60335-1. EMC compliant to EN 55032 Class B and CISPR/FCC Class B. This series is fully protected and offers output over current protection, output over voltage protection, and continuous short circuit protection.

 

Applications:

      This AC-DC power supply is very suitable for a variety of industrial/ITE applications such as automation equipment, test & measurement instrument, commercial equipment, telecom and network devices, and more industrial applications. Also, for home appliances, it is suitable for fridge, thermal radiator, food blender and more.
